Recipe: Dr. Oz Green Drink Smoothie

Part of my new start to the year, was to try the Dr. Oz Green Drink/Smoothie. Pour a glass of 8 to 10 oz. each morning. It won’t fill you up, but it does deliver the nutrients your body needs. It’s great for your immune system as it is loaded with anti-oxidants. Fresh is always best and it is cheaper then some other “powder nutrient drinks” that often taste yucky! It’s easy to make and I really enjoy the fresh taste.
